Our pure, wild honey is made from the nectar and pollen of local plants, trees, and flowers.  Our connection to the environment is reflected in the carefully selected sites of our apiaries.  This results in interesting and unique flavor profiles that change with the season. 

Additionally, we send samples of our honey to Texas A&M University to be tested for purity, pollen content, and quality.  Honey made from local pollen is known to provide anti-allergy properties and other health benefits. Our honey is 100% free of pesticides, chemicals, artificial ingredients, or added sweeteners.
